I had to call unemployment to verify they had all my documents yesterday. The portal was not working properly for me to upload what I needed to upload.Ms. Camelia, ID# 2118 was so wonderful. She was patient and spoke clearly and walked me through everything, while double checking to make sure I had all documents needed to move forward in the process.
