I spoke with Jessi (employee #1282) today.l She is employed with Ohio Unemployment. I have never had a nicer experience with an employee. She listened patiently and helped me immensely with my problem. Everyone should take a lesson from her on how to deal with people, especially elderly, to make them feel important and comfortable.
