She works for Job and Family Services...(Ohio Unemployment compensation department) Monica did a great job she informed me that the new program MEUC is available she answer questions regarding this new program that is being implemented to those who qualify. She has a very good attitude and it was very helpful and I would appreciate that Monica gets recognized for her professional attitude and the way she handled the call.
