I spoke to Monica P. She works for Job and Family Services...(Ohio Unemployment compensation department) Monica did a great job she informed me that the new program MEUC is available she answer questions regarding this new program that is being implemented to those who qualify. She has a very good attitude and it was very helpful and I would appreciate that Monica gets recognized for her professional attitude and the way she handled the call. She is very thorough and she put my mind at ease regarding the unemployment so thank you Monica as well as the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services unemployment compensation. Keep up the great work thank you very much for giving me the opportunity to let you know about the quality people you have working there! The management of Ohio Unemployment compensation has many helpful enthusiastic and goes without saying integrity!!! Monica as well as anybody that I've ever talked to was helpful but she was definitely a people person with great social skills I have talked to some people that you can tell on their voice they don't want to be bothered but please make sure you extend gratitude to the employees and please do something special for these exceptional people thank you all and have a blessed day!!!
