Exercise caution!!! I faced two and a half years of stress and legal disputes. They were unresponsive when I needed assistance. Staff provided misleading information, only to deny it later. After two years, I had to go to court just for them to acknowledge their errors in writing, yet they denied fair compensation and increased my premiums significantly. I cannot recommend this service. Communication was poor, and they showed little concern. They downplayed the damage to avoid full payment. Be wary of them. The promised coverage was not fulfilled. Always read the fine print. A distressing experience. The incident happened in September 2023, and it just concluded. A waste of time and money with this unprofessional service.
