I’ve used this company for almost a year and have had problems off and on but was happy. My new problem came out of the blue when after doing my monthly intake, the Dr denied my RX stating “BMI<20- unable to prescribe GLP”. My weight has been the same for 6 months and (BMI is in “healthy range” according to the CDC)I was at a maintenance dose. When I sent the Dr. a message it said it had been forwarded to customer support and they should reply to me directly within 24hr. Never happened. And NO I would like to talk to a doctor. I sent another message to the Dr. still no response but they had no problem charging me $497.00 for a RX they didn’t provide.
I called customer service today about refunding my money ASAP. He said he would put in a ticket and someone would call me in a couple of days. Horrible business practice. I’m giving them 48hr before I call my credit card company. Ridiculous.
