I sent a follow up E-Mail seven days later and they replied saying that my E-Mail was unsolicited, and that to get help, I had to log onto my account and file a ticket from there - even though the original problem was being locked out of my account.I finally called them on the phone, and the operator was unhelpful, arrogant and rude, just like others have said.Customer service is king in the glut of online services, and they don't have any.
