DO NOT USE DIRECT OIL!This is the second time we’ve used Direct Oil and the second time they haven’t delivered. I managed to find a phone number but was on hold for over an hour and a half before they cut me off. Customer service is an alien concept to this company. We can’t put on the heating or hot water in case we run dry. Trading Standards needs to get involved here as this company is basically stealing money.
