No good quoting cheap prices when they then fail to deliver TWICE! Further frustration due to very poor communications only available by email or via their website and no telephone number to contact. In the end we were desperate for fuel and feeling unable to trust Direct Oil to deliver (after twice letting us down) we had to place an urgent order directly with a local merchant at a considerable premium, due to the need for oil immediately to avoid freezing my 92 years old father to death! Local merchant delivery arrived the next day as promised. Avoid these useless shysters!!!
