I am incredibly gratetful to Nicole for all her support during my apprenticeship. Her guidance, patience and encouragement made a huge difference throughout the process. She was always approachable, clear and honest with feedback and also genuinely wanted me to succeed. I couldn't ask for a better assessor- thank you Nicole!!
I honestly feel like there are no enough words to say about the Direct partners team and individually..I will start with the team! They are so lovely and supportive. I did a 2weeks child care course with them in April, gave Penny my details at the job centre and few days later, had a email confirming a place for the 2weeks course.. by may I landed a job interview which they helped with the interview technique and so many other things. Went to the job interview, got the JOB, which I was happy and grateful. I am where I am now, because of direct partners. When I start working, I start doing the svq3 , but 2weeks into the course, I was having two minds about the course,if I was going to be able to do it while working full time and looking after my home. So when I told Bev about how I was feeling. She was so helpful and supportive, she assured me that I can do it with there help, and I am so grateful now that I didn’t quit. The beginning it was so overwhelming I thought I won’t be able to cope with the work load, full time job and family to look after. But Bev took her time, and made me realise that it’s doable. From there that’s where lisa came in.. she made arrangement to have 1-1 sessions to help and support me . I can’t thank lisa enough, her time, her support, everything she puts into this to help me achieve this, is just exceptional honestly.. I will miss our sessions. Thank you so much lLISA BEV PENNY and the rest of the team. I will forever grateful for the opportunity!!!!
I found the experience of working with Direct Partners highly satisfying. Lisa, my assessor, was able to adapt the learning and assessment process to my learning style, was patient and flexible and has an ability to present information in a digestable, understandable way that really sticks.
Sport Aberdeen has worked with Direct Partners for over 10 years. During this time they have supported numerous Modern Apprenticeships and 3 cohorts of staff through a Management Development Programme. Recently completing TAQA for two individuals. Direct Partners have assisted Sport Aberdeen in creating opportunities across the workforce.

Direct Partners have helped me access a qualification while I work to help my career progression. They have supported me through the units and are always on hand if I am unsure of any elements. Angels on my way. I am a migrant woman who had given up the possibility of working in my profession for immigration reasons. When I agreed to direct partners I was defeated, until Beverly set her eyes on me, then I found myself preparing interviews to work in nurseries and being part of the group that started with them in November 2023. Afterwards I was guided, pampered and supported by Nina and Lisa throughout my learning period. Even on a personal level ❤Now I embrace my future with bigger and better options, with great enthusiasm and a heart full of gratitude.
