I am still waiting for the router — it’s been almost a week. I keep calling customer service, and they assure me they will investigate or call me back, but nothing happens. Each person tells me the same thing.
Today, the operator was rude and dismissive when I explained that I had already called in the morning and was simply looking for an update before the end of the day. In the end, after speaking to me very poorly and me raising a complaint about his behaviour, he repeated what others had said — that no one seems to know where the router is or whether it has even been dispatched. I was told I might receive another dispatch tomorrow.
At this point, I can’t cancel, but the service is not worth the money. I would strongly recommend going with another provider — this has been a very stressful experience so far.
