I had a very disappointing experience with the service. Customer support needs improvement, particularly in handling complaints. I was called a liar and my concerns were ignored. Despite being a long-term customer, my Wi-Fi signal was poor, and the only response I received was a slight reduction in my monthly fee. The representative showed no concern for my loyalty and informed me about a leaving fee, which I find unacceptable given the service I received. As a vulnerable pensioner, I felt disrespected and believe additional training is needed for the staff.
The representative was extremely helpful in setting me up with fast Wi-Fi for my new place. Although I haven't received it yet, my initial interactions with the company have been very positive. I'm impressed with how easy it was to communicate.
