Poor customer service Review belt companyI ordered 2 belts for my son, one arrived damaged so I emailed the company with photos asking for another belt to be sent to me to replace the faulty one. After around 3 days I received no reply, so resent the email. After another 2-3 days I phoned the company and couldn't get through so I resent the email to the complaints department. My phone call was returned and I was told I had to return the belt. So I paid £3.75 to have a faulty belt returned. This was over a week ago. I haven't received a refund, nor a new belt or any correspondence to let me know what was going on. There are other similar reviews saying that emails are not replied to, customers are having to pay out of their own pocket faulty items and aren't receiving refunds. I really wish I had read the reviews as I would have avoided using this company. Be warned!
