The tiles I received were of very low quality, and I immediately filed a complaint. Unfortunately, there has been a total lack of customer service—no responses, no follow-ups, nothing at all. I’m left with these awful tiles, and no one is taking accountability or showing any willingness to assist. This is unacceptable service and a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. I will not be returning.
