I placed an order with DirectUnlocks on May 2, 2025 to unlock my iPhone 14 Pro (T-Mobile USA) and paid for three services — $24.99 (Eligibility Check), $54 (Standard Unlock), and $174.99 (Premium Service).It has now been over five months, and my phone is still locked. Every time I contact support, I get the same message: “We’ll get back to you within 24 hours.” — but nobody ever follows up. I’ve lost count of how many times they’ve promised updates and failed to deliver.My support ticket (RE: 352228708345765) has been “99% complete” for months, but there’s been no progress, no communication, and no resolution. They even blocked me from live chat, and emails to their support address go unanswered.Per their own policy, if the Premium Service fails, a full refund should be issued. Yet they continue to ignore my refund requests while holding my money and not providing the service I paid for.This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I strongly advise anyone considering this company to stay away — they take your payment, make empty promises, and never deliver what they advertise.
