Been stuck at 99% for over a month and support never answers. Says it will unlock immediately yet never does. Paid over 300 dollars for premium service for nothing. Complete trash
Since January 15th, I have noticed that my unlock request has been stuck at 99%, but the process has not yet been completed.
At this point, I believe there should be an explanation from your side and a proposed solution, given that I made the full payment and I am entitled to receive the service I contracted with you, under the understanding that you are a serious company in the market.

THEY ARE TRULY MISLEADING: FAKE REVIEWS ON THEIR OWN PLATFORM THAT SHOW AN AVERAGE OF "4.7 STARS". THEY CLAIM YOU CAN GET A "DIRECT" OR "IMMEDIATE" UNLOCK BY PAYING 25 USD, ONLY TO HIT YOU WITH A PENDING BALANCE OF 95 USD FOR THE UNLOCK CODE (THE 25 USD IS FOR SUPPOSED ELIGIBILITY CHECKS). THEY USE AMBIGUOUS FINE PRINT TO AVOID CONSEQUENCES, BUT THEY WOULD BE SUBJECT TO SIGNIFICANT FINES OR CLASS-ACTION LAWSUITS.
According to the terms of service, section 7.3 states that "Eligibility Checks" are not included in the money-back guarantee. They conduct various checks like lost/stolen status, correct network, phone history, and Activation Lock status. Additional charges for the SIM unlock may apply, which should be detailed on the order summary page before purchase. If you choose not to pay for the unlocking, the cost of the Eligibility Checks is non-refundable, as the service has already been rendered. However, they fail to communicate that the initial payment is for the eligibility check, and additional unlock fees will be required. My order clearly indicates the unlock fees for the iPhone 14. They respond to reviews on platforms but direct you to open a support ticket, which goes unanswered. This feels like a scam.

I thought this was reasonable until they then asked for an additional $54.99, which I refused to pay. Feeling taken advantage of, I contacted my carrier directly, and they unlocked the phone for free with just a few clicks. This experience has cost me around $30. They may claim to unlock phones, but their prices are exorbitant. Ultimately, they seem to exploit people's lack of knowledge in this area.
In response to the service's reply, I find it quite revealing that there are numerous reviews highlighting misleading tactics. Rather than concealing the fact that multiple charges will be requested deep within the Terms of Service, a reputable company would be transparent and clearly outline what customers can expect. This service seems to be designed to extract more and more money with the false hope of unlocking a device. The customer support is severely lacking.
