It is a scam. They lure you into a low initial payment, promising a quick unlock of your device. Eventually you never receive any good news and keep asking for more and more payments to be able to unlock the phone (so far $264). Furthermore, they first said that the amount payed was refundable to the credit card used for the payment, but then they said that it isnt, that it wont be refundable and that they can only give credits.
