I placed an unlock order (#12904989) on 16/09/2025 for IMEI 354305004004946.After more than two weeks, DirectUnlocks has failed to provide the promised unlock code. Instead, I only receive repeated copy-paste “48-hour” responses from what seems to be an AI chatbot.Despite multiple escalations, there has been no result and no refund. Their website promises fast delivery and guarantees, but in reality they just keep delaying without providing the service paid for.This is unacceptable, misleading, and feels like a deliberate scam. I have now demanded a full refund and will escalate through my bank if it is not resolved immediately.⚠️ Avoid this service at all costs.
