This service is a complete failure and waste of money.1. Core Unlock Service Failed (14-Day Stall)• Service Not Rendered: I paid €83.00 for the Standard Unlock Service which has not been delivered. My order is unacceptably stalled at 99% completion for over 14 days. My phone remains locked.• Breach of Contract: The company breached its own T&Cs (Art 1.1) by failing to provide the promised service, despite website claims of a 15-minute to 24-hour delivery time.2. Support & Management FailureI showed extreme patience through a lengthy, repetitive chat with agent "Anna." Promises of priority and acceleration were made by Anna and the Managing Director (Jody, email 10 Nov 2025), but all were ignored.• Customer Abandonment: After weeks of stagnation, the company stopped responding to my direct messages for days, effectively abandoning support for a paid and failed service.They blocked me on the help chat, they don’t answer to my email.3. Institutional Lack of TransparencyThis company operates opaquely:• Ambiguous Legal Status: Public records show links to locations in the USA (where a consumer body advises the company is "out of business" with mail returned) and the UK (where related entities are non-compliant).• Hidden Domain: The domain registrant identity is masked.4. Refund Demand IgnoredDue to total service failure, I sent a formal demand for a full refund. To date, this formal request has been ignored.I DEMAND the IMMEDIATE REFUND of the €83.00 Standard Unlock payment for the non-delivered service. I will also dispute the entire €109.99 total via chargeback, as the initial Eligibility Check was useless due to the service's complete failure. I refuse credit notes.⚠️THEY ALSO HIDE REAL REVIEWS ON THEIR WEBSITE!
