What made the service great? Well, the phone is now unlocked. It's an iphone that was held hostage by AT&T. Now the reason for 4 stars and not 5 stars... speed. The previous reviews cannot prepare you for how long this will take, so I hope by reading this you get an idea and are ready so you can give them 5 stars. It was more than a week... 9 days, it was finally unlocked on the 10th day of waiting. I placed the order and paid the fees (there are two fees, by the way... first the check to see if it can be unlocked, then the actual fee to unlock it. I did think that was a bit duplicitous, but it is what it is). This was on a Wednesday early in the morning. It wasn't until the following Friday that it was finally unlocked. Communication could be a LOT better. I had to email support to get an update as to what was actually happening. I did not actually get any information other than it's taking longer than it usually does, but... I promise you we are working on it.Overall, they got the job done. The sad thing is I grew impatient and just bought a new phone. So, I guess I have an extra phone now. yipee.
