Direct Unlocks’s service was quick and efficient. My phone was unlocked within 5-10 minutes. It was easy to verify the service was successful. My only complaint is that the 2 step verification/payment process was not clear. Before you pay to verify your phone can be unlocked, there should be a prompt to acknowledge this is 1-2 payments needed to complete the process.
