This $28.99 is for checking eligibility only; then, you will need to pay an additional $50. And now it is not the end; the waiting time has been expanded to 7 days from a few minutes. If you ask for a refund, they claim that the $28.99 is non-refundable and that the $50 they provided is a voucher, but no refund is available.What a SCAM, STAY AWAY
