If I could rate them lower, I would. This service is quite misleading. Initially, they requested only $6.99 to check if my phone could be unlocked, followed by a charge of $24.99 to actually unlock it. I thought this was reasonable until they then asked for an additional $54.99, which I refused to pay. Feeling taken advantage of, I contacted my carrier directly, and they unlocked the phone for free with just a few clicks. This experience has cost me around $30. They may claim to unlock phones, but their prices are exorbitant. Ultimately, they seem to exploit people's lack of knowledge in this area.
