I bought a vacuum cleaner that worked for about six months and then broke. This happened around the middle of January. Here is what has happened so far:
– The correspondence has been going on for two months because every time you send a message you receive a reply roughly 24 hours later. Even if you include the order number in your message, the response you receive is: “please clarify the order number.” You then send it again, and as a result even clarifying such a simple point, which was already included in the original email, takes around three working days. Customer support does not operate on weekends, which slows the process down even further.
– Any questions about whether a refund is possible have been ignored.
– The last email stated that the vacuum cleaner had been repaired and would arrive within 24–48 hours. It has now been 12 days.
I have already bought another vacuum cleaner, but it is quite clear that this organisation looks more like a scam than a legitimate supplier of equipment. I would not recommend that anyone purchase anything from this company.
