Terrible service. Received wrong coffee machine. They replied after 2 days saying they could reship or I could keep the incorrect one and get a partial refund. I said I wanted to return the incorrect one an get a full refund as I did not want to wait for a replacement as I had ordered elsewhere and they had lost my trust. They have not replied since. It has been 5 days. I am now out £90 with the wrong coffee machine here sitting in the box. They have no other way to contact them other than via email so there’s no way to get a quicker response.
The ordering on the website, the processing and the delivery were easy and prompt (next day delivery, free). However it quickly went downhill when the wrong size (of an electric underblanket) was delivered.
The company does not have a phone number. Several emails went unanswered for a few days, causing major concern. When they eventually picked up, the problem was solved fairly promptly. The correct size sent, label provided for an easy return of the wrong one. Ordered on the 2nd, received on the 19th. The concern was the lack of response from the company.
The blanket itself (Dreamland bamboo King size) is perfect.
Still, the absence of news on an item of some value, no telephone contact, let the company down badly, hence 3 stars. Possibly not enough staff? The money/item value was excellent.
I purchased a 4 slice toaster on31:12:25 ,the toaster has since developed an electrical fault which trips the house electric if we use it. I purchased on eBay from their shop,when I sent messages to this company they totally ignore them! EBay said open a return request,the next day eBay said direct-vacuums have refused to except return of the faulty item, be very wary of this company which say they provide 12 months guarantee! Which I have printed off my phone. They don’t even cover 2 months never mind 12 . Very ignorant company to purchase from BEWARE
Shockingly bad customer service.
I genuinely stunned at how poor the customer service is at Direct Vacuum. I received a faulty product and not a single person has acknowledged any of my emails. - not even the CEO despite being contacted directly. Weeks later, and I'm still waiting for a basic response. I WOULD NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.
I Bought a refurbished Henry 100 cordless vacuum but they sent a dud battery and charger so I cannot use the vacuum!
I wasn’t worried at first as this could be easily resolved but there is no way of contacting them as their email box is full and is rejecting emails!
So I will have to contact trading standards consumer affairs and get them to pay the company a visit to see what is going on and why their guarantee is none existent.
Unless they reply to this feedback and resolve the issue for me. I did not get an invoice either which is another concern.
If this is not resolved I will also be taking the matter to the Northampton court to claim a full refund plus costs.
Company sent me the wrong model, much cheaper. Then they promised me to send me the right one. The day I was supposed to receive it the company wrote me that they do not have the model I want in stock. I am trying to ask for a refund but their mailbox is now ”full”. It has almost been two weeks that they have wasted my time. I am trying to get my money back and buy what I wanted somewhere more reliable.
Bought an airfryer which was refurbished. It really was just like buying a brand new one, but at less than a third of price. Quick safe delivery as well. Very professional company to deal with.
Appalling Customer Service. I bought a vacuum on 18.01.26. It arrived promptly. There is an issue with the vacuum head. I couldn't use the vacuum. I sent info including a video soon after receiving the product. Days go by between any communication. I've asked to return the item & for a refund. I'm still waiting for a response.
