Extremely frustrating experience! From the outside, they look like a large company, but reaching anyone in customer service feels nearly impossible. Does anyone actually work here? They claim to be a one-stop shop, but many of my friends have had similar issues. I'm not very tech-savvy and prefer to call a company that values my business and can assist with purchases. The returns process also seems inadequate; I need to request to send something back.
