The way this service operates is quite dishonest. I booked a trip through the app and received an email confirmation, only to get another email the day before my trip stating that the room was no longer available due to a "discrepancy" in their system. All my flights, transportation, and family plans were already arranged. It feels like they just want to attract users to their platform for subscriptions. They advertise available rooms, but when the time comes, they claim the room is unavailable while everything else is booked and paid for. Many others have shared similar experiences. I've learned that offers that seem too good to be true, like a "20%" discount, often are not.
