However, the service then sent an email the day before the trip stating that the room was no longer available due to a "discrepancy" in their system, despite having already arranged flights, transportation, and family plans. It seems they aim to attract customers to their platform to pay for their subscription. They advertise available rooms, but when the time comes for your trip, they inform you that the room is unavailable, leaving your flights and other arrangements already paid for. Many others have reported similar experiences. A valuable lesson learned: if something seems too good to be true with a "20%" discount, it probably isn't.
