I was tasked with hotel reservations for 5 family members in 4 rooms at the Hoxton Amsterdam hotel. I reserved 2 rooms on line, but couldn't get the days I needed to show as available for the other 2. The days I needed were inexplicably not available, after I had just confirmed availability with a live operator. We were trying to use the Dis-loyalty program to get our 20% discount.
