I went to Dis-Chem Port Elizabeth Newton Park for a survey for my medical aid. When I got there the nurse asked me if I had an appointment which I had no idea they worked with appointments. She said I will have to wait and maybe squeeze me in. I understood we were only 2 people sitting and waiting with no appointments. There were 2 nurses that day. While waiting for 40 minutes she did not even glance at us. I decided to see if anyone was inside. There was no one that she was with. She was sitting and waiting for those who made the appointment. After 10 minutes no one came. They both did not attend to us. At that time they both could have seen both patients. I asked the other guy sitting there to give back my form I told him next time they must put up a sign by the door so people can know to make an appointment or if there is time and no one has an appointment check on them not let them wait. I took my form tore it up called Klinimed walked in no appointment and in less than 10 minutes I was done. I mean seriously without those patients will they have a job? They could have seen 5 patients within that time limit and the manager would have been happy with the turnover knowing he could have the best reviews. I hope that something will be done and let them know if there is no one coming in or they are late for their appointment see to the next one while waiting don't ignore.
