Long Wait Times at Local Branch

Please consider opening more checkout lanes at the local branch. Last Sunday around 12:30, only two lanes were open, resulting in an extremely long wait of over an hour just to purchase a few items. This is frustrating, and I might not return anytime soon due to this experience.

I will no longer support this service, nor will my friends and family. I was denied essential medication due to a technicality, and the staff exhibited an unconcerned attitude. I will be taking my prescriptions and grocery purchases elsewhere and will continue to share my negative experiences.
