I purchased several box sets from the USA Discogs charged me tax on these which I accepted. However when the seller sent the items to me the carrier UPS charged me tax also, I contacted Discogs who were initially apologetic and asked me to send confirmation of my payment to UPS and they would refund the tax taken by Discogs.I immediately sent this through and waited and waited, chased and waited, chased and waited, nothing from Discogs I thought this site was a great find now having second thoughts.I had a response from Discogs which was great I got refunded for 2692560-7073 but not 2692560-7074, obviously this was great but I would really like both overpayments back.I am still waiting on my second overpayment being refunded despite immediately writing back to Riley to let him know of his oversight!I really like Discogs but I am getting a bit frustrated!Riley had actually sorted it out for me.
