After supplying customer support with 3 separate bank cards ive used to purchase Nitro over the years, IP, Paypal, Full name, Address, Screenshots of authenticator App thats still generating codes, screenshots of bank statements showing Nitro purchases, Proof of things ive gifted to friends, Screenshot of Backup codes I had used days before locked out, Login Token, a recording of the issue when i try login they still refuse to either remove the 2fa or simply reinstate the code generator 2fa method I had setup. Even though months ago I was hacked they swiftly removed the 2fa and sent me a email to resetup 2fa. I can't explain my disappointment.
