I have experienced significant difficulty with the support process.
Despite submitting multiple requests to recover my Discord account, I have not received any response from the support team. The only reply I received was an automated message from a bot, and no further assistance has been provided.
I understand that support teams may be handling a high volume of inquiries; however, the lack of follow-up or communication has been quite disappointing. I would greatly appreciate a more responsive and user-focused support experience.

I hate everything about this app. The file size limit is an awful gimmick for this company to force you to give them money, certain features don't work properly, and it's not even fun to use. Jon, if you're reading this, fk you for making me get an account.
This company doesn't care about customer security. My friends are constantly getting hacked and sending me spam ads. What is this company doing instead of strengthening customer security? They're right, they're forcing registration using passports, which could leak even more data online. I recommend finding a similar app immediately, after a future update.
I can’t register on the platform right now. During sign-up, I’m repeatedly prompted to complete the “verify you’re human” check, and even after completing it successfully, it loops back and asks again indefinitely.This has been extremely frustrating and has completely prevented me from using the service.
