Nice app and I like the bot api BUT THE STAFF ARE USELESS! I have has a ticket open for over a week without a response, every hour it gets marked as solved without telling me why, I ask them why they marked it as solved when it really isnt and they just marked it as solved AGAIN! this has been happening from the past week and they're too lazy to read it so they just mark it as solved without replying
