Discord falsely banned for the allegation that I didn't even do: "VIOLATING CHILD SAFETY" as mentioned in ToS.Recently Discord has implemented AI Moderation, which to be honest, very "HELPFUL"... in making me furious and upset. Many people in my server has been banned and resorted to using alternative accounts to continue using Discord before they get appealed in like 5-15 minutes and they successfully recovered their account again.BUT IT IS NOT IN MY CASE.I have waited for 8 hours straight just to receive a single sentence during my sleeptime: "YOUR ACCOUNT WON'T BE REINSTATED". Guess what? It was automated response from Clyde, and all 8 hours along just to let an automated message mailed to me, instead of human review.As a long term Discord user, this kind of shitty moderation without human supervision and also no immediate customer support right after the complaint/request was sent would eventually mark the downfall of Discord and get replaced by better app that can be on par with Discord in the future.Do your work, Discord.
