Second is denied because it's outside their FIVE DAY REFUND WINDOW. Also, a charge back through your bank (i.e. a rational party who will review the evidence and respond appropriately) will result in a permanent ban.
In essence they're blackmailing me for $30 for a premium account that has zero actual benefits, or give up the friendships and communities I've spent a decade building.
I knew they were having problems lately, but this kind of anti-consumer policies and actions aren't going to help.
