I’ve been using Discord since 2019, which makes this really disappointing.
My account was hacked and used for phishing, and I submitted proof along with an appeal through the proper steps. But every response I get is the same automated Clyde bot message repeating instructions I’ve already followed.
There’s no sign of any human reviewing the case, even for something this serious.
For a platform this big, the support system feels completely useless when you actually need help.
