The only thing they accomplished was taking our money. I ordered shoes, and what I received was completely different. When I asked for a return label, I was told they don’t provide them. They suggested I keep the shoes as a goodwill gesture and offered a 10% discount on my next order. They also stated that refunds are only possible if I pay for return shipping, and the shoes would be inspected before a refund is issued.
