Steer clear of this hassle.

I ordered a UK14 boot, but what arrived is more like a UK9. I was already frustrated with the inability to track my parcel, and now these are useless. Now I have to deal with getting a refund or selling them. What a hassle.

Flimsy boots

These boots are cheap and flimsy, nothing like the photo. Size 6 feels more like a size 4/5. When I contacted them to return, they offered a 10% refund and suggested I keep the boots or pay to return them to China! Avoid this seller.

Regret not reading reviews…

I wish I had read the reviews before spending my money. Everything mentioned is spot on. Cheap, poorly made shoes that come from abroad - a 10% refund was offered. Absolutely terrible; they ended up in the trash.

Received the wrong shoes

I ordered shoes but received a different pair. After emailing, they offered a discount, which I declined, then told me to return them to China at my cost, which could take a month. They refused to cover return postage. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

A total scam

The only thing they accomplished was taking our money. I ordered shoes, and what I received was completely different. When I asked for a return label, I was told they don’t provide them. They suggested I keep the shoes as a goodwill gesture and offered a 10% discount on my next order. They also stated that refunds are only possible if I pay for return shipping, and the shoes would be inspected before a refund is issued.
