What a scam. The website promises great things and claims to be based in Australia. However, it is not; the goods never arrive, and they deceive you with a small refund on PayPal, making it appear as if the order has been refunded. I placed my order in mid-October, and as of December 3, there has been no clear communication, no delivery, and no full refund. I found a number through PayPal but it never answers. Strangely, I received a text via another messaging app shortly after leaving a message, yet still no real answers regarding my order or a full refund. STAY AWAY from this business. If it exists, their customer service is appalling. I truly believe it is a scam. It's disgraceful.
