I was concerned after reading negative reviews so contacted the company before placing my order. They responded immediately and kept me well informed throughout the ordering process and right through to receipt of my goods. Prices were much cheaper than I have seen the items elsewhere. I would highly recommend from my experience with this company.
Extremely poor customer service
I purchased Bunjie Probiotics Baby Wipes in bulk, and about half of them had a strong chlorine-like smell.
After doing a quick Google search, I found that a batch from the company had previously been reported as defective and caused rashes on babies.
When I raised this with customer service, I was told they were “waiting to hear back from the company.” This process dragged on for over four months with no real resolution.
Recently, they responded by offering only a 10% discount on my next order, stating they had no record of issues with other customers and would not provide a partial refund. Even with evidence provided.
In short, I was strung along for four months, only to have my request denied.
I would not recommend doing business with this company. Even if the price seems good, don’t expect support if you run into any issues.
I contacted this chemist to check the expiry date of the glucose test strips and was told they expired in April 2027. I ordered right after I recieved their advice. However, the item I received showed an expiry of February 2027. When I requested a replacement matching the date they originally advised, I was told the product was still within standard retail supply and they accepted no responsibility for providing incorrect information.
The worst part is that I had already been using these strips for three weeks before realising they were giving misleading results. They were clearly not reliable, and I had to purchase new strips from my local chemist. This lack of accuracy, transparency, and accountability is unacceptable, especially for essential health products.
They are quick to take your money but fail to provide the goods. I have filed a dispute with my bank since they won't issue a refund. I advise others to seek their medication and products from different sellers. This merchant is completely untrustworthy.

What a scam. The website promises great things and claims to be based in Australia. However, it is not; the goods never arrive, and they deceive you with a small refund on PayPal, making it appear as if the order has been refunded. Not even a single star. I placed my order nearly two weeks ago. I emailed them and was told they are busier than usual. I plan to contact the appropriate authorities and recommend others do the same if they face issues with their orders. I considered canceling and requesting a refund since I need what I ordered, but the site states no cancellations.
