Not even a single star. I placed my order nearly two weeks ago. I emailed them and was told they are busier than usual. I plan to contact the appropriate authorities and recommend others do the same if they face issues with their orders. I considered canceling and requesting a refund since I need what I ordered, but the site states no cancellations.
