This service is a total disappointment. They promise great things and claim to be based locally, but that's not the case. My order has not arrived, and they only provided a small refund through a payment method to make it appear as if the order was processed. I placed my order in mid-October, and as of December 3, there has been no clear communication, delivery, or complete refund. I found a contact number but it goes unanswered. I even received a text from a representative after leaving a message, yet still no real answers regarding my order or a full refund. I strongly advise against engaging with this business. If it’s legitimate, their customer service is incredibly poor. I am left believing it’s a scam. Truly shameful.
