I contacted this chemist to check the expiry date of the glucose test strips and was told they expired in April 2027. I ordered right after I recieved their advice. However, the item I received showed an expiry of February 2027. When I requested a replacement matching the date they originally advised, I was told the product was still within standard retail supply and they accepted no responsibility for providing incorrect information.
The worst part is that I had already been using these strips for three weeks before realising they were giving misleading results. They were clearly not reliable, and I had to purchase new strips from my local chemist. This lack of accuracy, transparency, and accountability is unacceptable, especially for essential health products.
