Extremely poor customer service
I purchased Bunjie Probiotics Baby Wipes in bulk, and about half of them had a strong chlorine-like smell.
After doing a quick Google search, I found that a batch from the company had previously been reported as defective and caused rashes on babies.
When I raised this with customer service, I was told they were “waiting to hear back from the company.” This process dragged on for over four months with no real resolution.
Recently, they responded by offering only a 10% discount on my next order, stating they had no record of issues with other customers and would not provide a partial refund. Even with evidence provided.
In short, I was strung along for four months, only to have my request denied.
I would not recommend doing business with this company. Even if the price seems good, don’t expect support if you run into any issues.
