If I could give them a lower rating, I would. Five months ago, I purchased a computer with a three-year warranty. Three months later, it stopped working unexpectedly. After three weeks of troubleshooting, I had to send it in for a replacement. They sent a different model, which was fine initially, but I soon realized it didn't have a camera—essential for my college studies. Despite sending 13 emails pleading for either a refund or my original computer, they finally sent me another device, which still isn't what I ordered but at least has a camera. I just received it, and it can't hold a charge for more than three minutes. My frustration is beyond words. This has been a nightmare affecting my work, education, and emotional well-being. I highly recommend avoiding this terrible service.
