They shipped me a non-functional laptop. Both batteries were completely dead. They offered a small refund to cover a cheap aftermarket battery. Their warranty claims to check for 80% battery life, but that wasn't the case. It has been a huge hassle, and the low prices come with a reason. I wouldn't recommend this service.
