If I could rate them lower than one star, I would. Five months ago, I purchased a computer with a three-year warranty. Three months later, it stopped functioning unexpectedly. After three weeks of troubleshooting, I had to return it for a replacement. They sent a different model, which I was okay with until I discovered it lacked a camera, essential for my studies. Despite sending 13 emails pleading for a refund or my original computer, they eventually sent me another device, which still wasn't what I ordered but has a camera. I just received it, and it can't hold a charge for more than three minutes. My frustration is beyond words. This experience has been a nightmare, impacting my work, education, and emotional well-being. I strongly advise against purchasing from this terrible service.
