I have ordered my contact lenses from Discount Contact Lens dot com for many years without any problems. That changed in April 2025 when they were bought by another company. I got a strange email that looked like a robot wrote it, telling me my order would be delayed by three weeks. I replied and asked for someone from customer service to contact me. No one ever did. I was stressed because I was down to my last pair of lenses and needed my order to ship right away. I came close to canceling more than once but decided to wait.To my surprise, the contacts showed up in less than a week. They actually came faster than they would have from 1800 Contacts. I could not believe it.The biggest problem with this company right now is the customer service. They need to fix it. Stop sending the same weird email every night saying the order will be delayed. And if you send emails, use your own logo. Do not use the name of the company that bought you. It confuses people.If you are reading this and thinking about canceling, do not panic. The order will show up. And it might show up faster than you expect.
