They failed to contact my eye doctor, which would have ensured the correct prescription. When I called back, it was supposed to be expedited, yet four days later, I'm still facing the same issue with my order on hold due to another prescription error. This is the worst service I have ever experienced with a company.

I've been ordering from them for years, but I'm finally fed up! Every month, there’s an issue with delivery. This last time, I ordered over a week ago and still haven’t received anything. Their customer service is terrible; they lied to me about delivery dates. I was told I would receive my order yesterday, and now it's Tuesday with a new promise for tomorrow. This is a terrible platform to order from—BEWARE!
I wouldn't even give them one star. I've never had issues until this last order. I ordered two boxes of 90-day contacts on November 14th, and I still haven't received them. I've spoken to five different representatives, each giving me different information. I've requested to speak to a supervisor multiple times, but no one has called back. This has been a complete nightmare, and I will never order from them again.
After waiting three weeks for my contact lenses and making multiple phone calls, I still have no lenses. Each representative assured me they would resolve the issue, but no one did. I submitted a complaint to the company and received no response.

I've used a certain service for over 10 years, but my recent experience has been the worst. I gave them multiple chances to resolve issues, but they failed. They canceled my order due to a prescription misunderstanding, despite clear instructions from my doctor. I sent two emails for help with no response. I called, and they still couldn't resolve it. I received an email stating the cancellation was due to the doctor's name not being present, which was printed clearly. I will switch to a different supplier, even if they are pricier.
Absolutely the worst customer service. When I call about my order, they often can't find it, and when they do, it takes a long time. I've been trying to get a refund for a returned order, but dealing with customer service has been impossible. They seem incompetent.
I ordered lenses on July 28th, but by August 12th, they still hadn’t arrived. I finally spoke to someone in customer service who refused to acknowledge that UPS had lost my package. The service was appalling, and I paid for lenses I have yet to receive.
If I could rate them a -10, I would. I have given this company three chances, but it has been a horrible experience each time. The customer service number might as well not exist. I spoke to three different representatives, each providing different information, and I was kept on hold for 42 minutes. They charged my credit card despite me not receiving my order, and I had to contact my credit card company twice for a refund. I could go on about how poorly they handle customers, but I've wasted enough time on them. Consider ordering from another provider.
